I have finally found a copy of Mike Mentzer's comptete book of weight training. Thanks to marketplace sellers, mysearch has ended. This book is wayahead of it's time when it comes to weight training. Most trainerstoday train days a week, lasting an hour or longer.

It is missing some details, that is he does not really cover rest between sets and how to progress from single to multiple set training - are the sets done in circuit fashion or the regular set system where all sets for one exercise are completed (with /5(9).
